Terms of sale

No. 01

Who sells

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles VAT and answers questions about orders and returns.

Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

I make SealedVoice and grant the licence to use it: Michal Nešťák, sole trader, Beniakova 3086/3, 841 05 Bratislava-Karlova Ves, Slovakia, IČO 57035041.

What you buy

A licence lets one person (one seat) use SealedVoice on all the Macs they own or control. A pack is several seats bought by one buyer, for example a law firm, who assigns each seat to one person.

You pay once. Updates are free for the period stated in the price list on this site and in the receipt at the time of purchase.

Your use of SealedVoice is governed by the licence agreement.

Delivery

The licence key and the download link come by email right after payment. You need no account, and the app works offline.

If you buy before version 1.0 is released, you get the current pre-release version right away and version 1.0 when it is released. If your pack includes the setup guide, you get it with the order.

No. 04

Prices and tax

Prices on this site include VAT. Paddle works out the VAT for your country at checkout and issues the invoice. Business buyers with a valid VAT number can enter it at checkout.

No. 05

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.

No. 06

Consumers and businesses

If you buy as a consumer, you keep your statutory rights, and nothing in these terms limits them. If you buy for your trade or profession, for example for your law practice, you buy as a business, and the licence agreement’s terms for business users apply.
